We work with reliable courier partners to fulfill each order. A maximum of 48 hours is allowed for ready-to-wear garment orders.

• The product description will specify the timeframe for shipping custom-made items. Once the merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive an email.

• The product will be shipped within the timeframe specified on the product page. Any additional delays on the delivery partner's end can be raised to aurorasphereenterprisesprivate@gmail.com We can attempt to resolve them as soon as possible.

• The customer will be given a tracking number that may be used to trace the shipment on the website of the corresponding courier partner.

• Your purchase is handled within 3-8 business days. No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.

• We may delay shipments by a few days when we have a high order volume. Delivery transit may take an additional day. Your order will be notified by email or phone if there is a major delay.
